Commercial clarification. All parts and consumables, including engine oil, filters, grease, and repair hardware, are billed separately as line items on each service work order. Tier 3 major replacement parts are passed through at actual wholesale cost with zero markup, as documented by supplier invoice.

How fast can you reach a breakdown?
Dispatch runs 24/7 and contracted fleets get priority. Fleets on our Tier 3 Zero-Downtime plan have a sub-2-hour emergency response guarantee.
How do repair approvals work?
Every inspection includes photos and video in your Fullbay portal, and you approve work with one click. Retainer accounts can also pre-authorize smaller repairs found during routine yard inspections.
What size fleet do you work with?
We build proposals for fleets of 5 to 50+ units. Class 6 to 8 heavy-duty tractors, dry vans, reefers and flatbeds are covered, and medium-duty fleets and commercial trailers run on the same program.
What does a contracted account include?
Contracted fleets get guaranteed response terms, priority dispatch, a dedicated fleet portal with real-time work order tracking, and audit-ready records synchronized with QuickBooks Online.
Do you offer Net-30 billing?
Yes. Approved commercial accounts can bill on Net-30 terms after a short credit application.
